SAFAC has partnered with the University of Miami's Department of Student Activities and Student Organizations (SASO), specifically Canes Night Live to provide grants of up to $1,000.00 to groups that sponsor programs that enhance the Late Night campus experience. All events happening after 6:30 pm are eligible for consideration.
While SAFAC provides the funds for this grant, the Late Night Programming Committee oversees the allocation of grant funds. Additionally, the Late Night Programming Grant is not subject to the same guidelines as SAFAC budget requests but will deny item requests already funded by SAFAC with the exclusion of food expenses.
In order to apply for this grant, the organization must fill out a budget request form and an event planning & description document. Organizations must also submit the form which is located on SASO's engage page.
