In an effort to aid student leaders in leading their organizations, COSO has created a leadership library. This library includes guides that cover leadership, understanding your organization's constitution, managing your organization efficiently, student organization programming, and marketing. This work represents a compilation of tips, tricks, and resources presented by the committee to help student organizations succeed. It is updated yearly to reflect arising points of confusion in the student org community.
