Use of This Payment Site

This site may be used by COSO-registered Student Organizations to collect dues, funds for club merchandise (such as t-shirts), and co-payments for club activities. This form is not intended to be used for small dollar point-of-sale activities such as bake sales in the UC breezeway or selling of raffle tickets. Student leaders of COSO-registered organizations that wish to utilize this site to collect payments from members should complete the " Student Organization Store - Request to Add/Remove/Update Item" form on Engage.

The website is updated weekly, so please submit this form 1-2 weeks in advance if needed for a specific date. Please plan accordingly and note that cash or checks can still be deposited at the Cashier's Office in the Student Services Building as an alternative. Funds paid through the Student Organization Store will automatically be deposited into each organization's Non-SAFAC account. In addition, the Treasurer, President and Advisor of each organization will be added to a Box folder updated weekly detailing the various transactions conducted via the site through Box.

Donations and sponsorship funds may not be collected through this website. Individuals looking to make donations to student organizations should utilize the Student Organization Giving Form. As a reminder, student organizations are not permitted to collect funds via Venmo, PayPal, or other similar programs.

Credit Card Information

Student Activities and Student Organizations does not have, under any circumstances, access to your credit card information. Your credit card information is used to process your fee payment and will not be used for any other purposes. Credit card information is transmitted through but is not stored, on a web-enabled server. Please be aware your credit card will be billed from our third-party service provider TouchNet Campus Commerce, USA.

Cards Accepted

Cards accepted include American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

Return Policy

Payments on the student organization store are considered nonrefundable. In limited circumstances a refund may be issued contingent on the approval of the organization’s president. By making a purchase using this site, you are agreeing to the refund policy listed at the time of purchase.
