The Department of Student Activities and Student Organizations offers different funding opportunities based on eligibility.
The Late Night Programming Grant provides grants of up to $1,000 to groups that sponsor programs the enhance the Late Night campus experience.
Co--sponsorship funding is available from the Department of Student Activities & Student Organizations for signature events that benefit UM students and/or the UM community.
The Graduate Activity Fee Allocation Committee (GAFAC) distributes the unallocated portion of the Graduate Activity fee to graduate students that have paid the Graduate Activity Fee.
CaneFunder campaigns can be used to help students fundraise for their individual student organizations. Students can raise funds for a program project, or activity. More information can be found in this resource guide or questions can be emailed to canefunder@miami.edu
Donations to student organizations can be made online with a credit card. Donors should be directed to Student Organizations giving site (link: miami.edu/studentorggiving)
COSO-registered student organizations can collect dues, funds for club merchandise (such as t-shirts), and co-payments for club activities using the Student Organization Payment site (link: miami.edu/studentorgpayment).
