Process and How to Apply

To apply for a grant, please fill out the Late Night Programming Grant budget request form template found HERE before beginning the form below. You will be required to upload the digital version of this budget request. The form can be found HERE on the SASO Engage portal. It is expected that all organizations submit documentation regarding the items or services requested. Please note: the LNPG committee only meets every other week, so please ensure applications are submitted in a timely manner. Decisions will be made at the discretion of the committee with thought given to items requested, services, and materials that enhance the light night campus experience.

LNPG will open on Monday, August 19th, 2024 and close on Friday, March 28th, 2025 for the 2024-2025 academic year. All budgets are first come, first serve as there is a fixed budget for LNPG funded events.
